KnockSheet Mobile App

Knocksheet is a comprehensive app for outside sales. It functions as a sales enablement tool and mobile CRM tailored specifically for field sales and door-to-door sales teams. Our CRM app offers solutions for managing and tracking leads, along with handling all other aspects of field sales.

Understanding our users: We conducted 8 interviews to gather the necessary qualitative data, followed by an online survey to collect quantitative data. This approach was chosen because we had access to a specific group of Sales Representatives who were either semi-professional or professional. We wanted to first explore their habits and needs, then validate any trends through a broader survey.

Sketches / Storyboard:

The great thing about this process is that it’s quick and leads to better ideas. Instead of focusing on who came up with the idea, the entire team collaborates to determine what’s best. Together, we shape the vision. This approach allows everyone, including the developer, to feel confident in making assumptions and decisions during development. It’s far more effective than enforcing a hierarchical structure.
